Hi - thanks for your comments. We have reached out to the manufacturer to confirm ingredients and if there has been a formulation change at any point. The ingredients on the scanned image submitted by the user do not match the website, or the two other sources used (Ulta & Sephora).

These ingredients do not match what is on the box. It is not safe for my fragrance allergy or my vitamin E allergy even though it appears on my safe list due to incomplete ingredients list.
