Haileys, we have rated this product as not lipSAFE because it contains rosa damascena flower wax.

I really love this! It's moisturizing & provides a nice glossy look without being sticky. It doesn't seem to break my lips out but it says it's not lipsafe. Does anyone know what ingredients is making this not lipsafe?
