I use this as a clarifying shampoo once a week with no problems
also great to use as face/body wash
cleans makeup brushes really well too. all around good product for allergy prone skin
for a gentler daily use shampoo I like Cleure

I agree with the reviews that it can be drying, but compared to other allergy friendly shampoo such as vanicream I find it less drying. I also use cold pressed jojoba oil to restore moisture to my hair alongside a clean shampoo/conditioner

Agree with the prior review. Couldn’t move it through my hair . Terrible shampoo & very drying . Will not buy again .

This shampoo was very disappointing. I put some on my hair and could not run my fingers through my hair to wash or rinse it. I had knots and actually lost some hair in the process.
