I use this product for my knees & hips due to the pain I have with severe osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia.
Although, I also receive 3 injections per year & use pain medications. This product does help relieve the stress & aching I get after taking my daily walks and also before going to bed.
What I like best, is this product is "Paragon Free"
