The mango, fruit of the sacred mango tree (in the Anacaridiaceae family) which originated in Asia, is traditionally used for its nourishing properties.  We have chosen the species Mangifera indica L, the kernel of which is high in fatty acids and polysaccharides, with nourishing and protective properties.  We grow the mangoes in India, carefully preserving the surrounding ecosystem in accordance with Pierre Fabre Botanical Expertise® specifications.  The mangoes are harvested by hand just before full ripeness, when the active ingredients are most concentrated.  The kernels are sun-dried naturally and then cold pressed to render a highly nourishing butter, incorporated in this shampoo to optimize its nourishing properties.  This shampoo with hydrolipidic film which protects the hair shaft.  Nourished and protected against drying out, the hair is silky, soft and shiny.
