So is this Toleriane Dermallergo, and if so is it still fragrance free?

Devastated that after using this for over 6 years they have reformulated it and changed the name to Toleriane Dermallergo. In doing so they added an extract that is not fragrance free. Doesn’t stop them from saying “safe for allergy prone skin”.

Anonymous, this product is not Balsam of Peru free because it contains butyrospermum parkii (shea) butter

Why this say it is not Balsam of Peru free? I cannot see an ingredient that seems to indicate this. Please let me know.
