Polysorbate 20 is coconut derived. I have anaphylactic response to coconut and coconut derived products. This spray caused red swollen hands, bumpy itchy scalp. After sleeping with product in hair I woke up with wheezing and difficulty breathing. I used the product sporadically for about 12 months with no issues. A recent extreme exposure has increased sensitivity.
