My favorite =)
I use 2 to 3 times a week after a shower and it last thru a few days. I'm not a heavy sweater, so I can't speak to that. This IS a deodorant - NOT an antiperspirant, so there is no aluminum ingredient in the formula. The lavender scent is very doable.
