Janetdennis, thank you for bringing this to our attention. We enter ingredients as they are listed on the label but sometimes miss information like this if it's not on the label. Some ingredients are considered multi-source ingredients and if the manufacturer does not disclose the source it's derived from on the label, we enter it without a source. We appreciate you contacting them and this product is now not soy-free. We have started to review the other toothpastes to make sure they are also rated as not soy-free.

I contacted Tom’s of Maine and was advised all their toothpaste contains soy
